Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your t-shirt, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Items without original tags

  • Products damaged due to improper use or care

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Exchange Process

  • If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

    • A different product of equal value, or

    • A refund

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if defective).

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed as exchanges or refund, as applicable.

  • For refunds, share your account details once the validation is completed

  • Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
